Each home is fully appointed for a comfortable and seamless stay, including:

• Bed linens and pillows
• Bath towels in every bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen essentials
• Both drip coffee makers and Keurig (K-cup) machines
• Firepits with wood
• LP Grills (charcoal grill available upon request)

To ensure each home is prepared to the highest standard, we often have same-day transitions between guests.

Early arrivals or late departures may be available by prior arrangement and for an additional fee, depending on scheduling. We recommend reserving an additional night if your travel plans require flexibility.

You will receive detailed arrival instructions — including directions and access information — prior to your stay to ensure a smooth and effortless check-in experience. We will have you contact our Ranch hand for check-in times and orientation.

Each residence includes a private hot tub for your exclusive use. Additionally:

• The Main Lodge and Quiet Rock Lodge feature optional luxury pool spas
• Guests receive access to amenities at The Galena Territory, located approximately 5 miles away, including pool facilities (passes provided; a small fee applies for guests exceeding the allotted number of passes)

To preserve the tranquility and safety of the property, personal vehicle use beyond your residence is not permitted.

Guests are invited to explore the ranch on foot via designated trails and paths. Guided experiences on ranch UTVs may be available upon request for those wishing to explore more of the property.

For safety and insurance reasons, outside motorized vehicles are not permitted on the ranch.

Access to Brixen Ivy Ranch is reserved exclusively for registered guests listed on the reservation. However, we may be able to accommodate day visitors according to our guest policies.

This policy ensures a secure, private, and elevated experience for all guests, while meeting insurance and liability requirements. We are happy to discuss policy and fees.

Brixen Ivy Ranch provides a stunning setting for special occasions; however, events fall outside standard residential use and require prior approval. Approved events may include additional arrangements such as:

• Event insurance
• On-site staffing or security
• Equipment rentals and logistics
• Guest approvals and attendance coordination

Our team is happy to discuss tailored event options and associated fees.

Brixen Ivy Ranch is a private, 300-acre working cattle ranch designed with multiple housing options across an expansive property.

While you will enjoy complete privacy within your reserved home and its dedicated amenities — including your own hot tub and outdoor spaces — the ranch itself may host other guests and staff.

Guests also have access to nearly 200 acres of shared ranch amenities, enhancing the overall experience while preserving the privacy of each residence.
